Equipment: We’ll need resistance bands and weights for this one! A pair if possible. Household items like water bottles, Detergent bottles, cans of soup, sauce, beans, etc. peanut butter, socks stuffed with coins, basically, anything that would add weight to your workout can substitute for gym equipment.
