Tina Cabrera, also known as "Bali," initially started her fitness path with the intent to train herself and document her journey on social media. She progressively decided the natural next step was to inspire and motivate women to become the best versions of themselves, more directly. She set her objective, and she branded her training method as "Total Bali Training." She began hosting outdoor boot camps across NYC, instructing large scale gym classes and personally training over 50+ women, which resulted in noticeable physical transformations. Tina's training style combines athletic, functional, body weight, and weights to build, strengthen, and sculpt a women's physique to the best form. Aside from many years of extensive in-field experience, Tina studied Biology & Anatomy in college, all fueling her knowledge and ever-growing passion for empowering others.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Quarantine imposed, Tina was in a position where she'd be out of work. Knowing how routine helps with a sense of normalcy and the need to make a living, she adapted quickly and decided to create an online training weekly schedule. To help boost spirits and keep motivation, she tag-lined her new form of training, "QuaranTINA,"; a play on the quarantine and her name. To her pleasant surprise, it attracted many of her 20K+ Instagram Followers from the start, and her attendee size has steadily increased week over week. At week 10, Tina decided to elevate to a new level by instructing online classes full time. This new platform brings Tina closer to fulfilling her aspirations of reaching a larger audience of women working to meet their goals.
Aside from the physical aspects of training, Tina enjoys engaging with her audience and helping her “Girls,” which is what she calls her community of women, boost their self-confidence. As a woman, Tina has faced several personal challenges and persevered through past experiences by intentionally focusing on her mind and physique. She knows first hand that strength first comes from within, then radiates outward. Tina strives to help other women face their challenges head-on, with a sense of mental and physical strength. Through her workouts, not only will you enhance your body, but you will also feel a sense of support through Tina and the community of women that Total Bali Training has grown to be.
